Ledgerly makes invoicing software for agencies. When we started, the site ranked for its own name and almost nothing else, and every demo request came from paid.
The idea
Agency owners do not search for invoicing software. They search for what it costs, how to chase a late payment, and whether to charge in the client's currency. So we built the content around those questions and let the product show up as the answer.
What we did
A keyword map of 140 terms in six clusters, then 48 long-form pieces over 14 months: pricing explainers, comparison pages, templates and a late-payment guide that became the most linked page on the site. Every piece was interviewed with a real agency owner.
Outcome
Organic sessions went from 4,100 to 19,600 a month. Demo requests from search became the largest source in the CRM in month eleven.
