Sentinel's engineers wrote excellent internal research and terrible public posts. The gap between the two was the whole opportunity.
The idea
An editor, not a writer. Tomasz sat with the engineers every fortnight, took the findings and turned them into a monthly research note with a single argument, a chart and a name on it.
What we did
Sixteen research notes over sixteen months, each with a companion newsletter issue and a short cut for LinkedIn, plus a reporting line in HubSpot so every note's assisted pipeline was visible.
Outcome
Content-attributed pipeline went from £40k to £310k, closed-won and open. Two of the notes were cited in trade press without anyone asking.
